Credit*

Enter “1” for a full credit, and enter “0.5” for a half credit. A full credit is usually awarded for a full year of study or 140 hours of study. A half credit is usually equal to half a year or 70 hours of study.

Grade*

You can list percentages or simply letter grades. Please remember the grading scale you have chosen for your Essential transcript. (Found on student’s current transcript)

Special Course Designation:

Honors (advanced high school level work)
AP Course (requires the course’s College Board syllabus number)
College Dual Enrollment (college transcript report required)

You can send us your student’s ACT/SAT scores to be listed on their transcript. Also, this is where you can upload AP Test results, CLEP test results, or college transcript/reports.
